I had no problems with assembly and it took this 55 years old about 40 minutes to put together by my self. I am up to 45 minutes during daily workouts and have found muscle aching I didn't know I had. Super quiet and I watch TV during the workout. Within 10 minutes you will work up a sweat. I would recommend this product to older folks trying to get in shape or lose a few pounds.

A really impressive piece of equipment, worth every penny. Heavy-duty, really well built, and feels solid even when I'm on it running or full sprinting. I'm 6-0, 185 and even when I sprint on it it's rock solid. Love it! Really great for Tabata workout type sprints which is why I bought one.

I absolutely love these. I live in a small apartment where space is at a premium. My husband and I both bought a set. They have been absolutely great. I've had them for a little over a year. I like that they adjust by 2.5 lbs rather than 5 lbs. I think it makes it easier for me to progress as a smaller female. My husband has been really happy with them too and so far, he hasn't needed anything heavier for the types of workouts we do (usually HIIT and circuit training type stuff). Quoted delivery time was 2 to 3 weeks and I got it in 3 days! It comes in one box which makes it to heavy for most people to handle by themselves. However, if you remove the items from the box it can be handled by one. Assembly was easy and all the tools you need are in the kit. Now to see if it works!

Great machine for the price. Very sturdy, does not move when rowing. I have a few thousand rows on it now, using as cardio every other day between my regular workouts. Tracks time, speed, distance, stroke rate, and calories per hour; which is great for me. No problems in 3 months, and already needing smaller waist pants. Little beer belly disappearing too!
